This project is to recoat the inside of two Pendleton water tanks: The Clearwell Tank at the Water Filtration Plant and the Southwest Reservoir.

Work will include surface preparation, coating, removal and replacement of compromised materials, reinstallation of structural and operational components, sealing, and disinfection of tanks upon completion.

The Clearwell project involves removal and replacement of baffling, repair or replacement of deteriorated steel and rafter supports, recoating of interior and exterior surfaces, resealing of foundations, and coordination with a structural engineer for material assessment. The Southwest Reservoir project requires removal of the cathodic protection system, interior rehabilitation, optional exterior recoating, foundation resealing, and disinfection. Both projects require shop drawings, approvals, and preservation of tank identification plates.
